Experts Teach Practical Skill-sets

To be an effective, relevant and adaptable leader in today’s complex world requires a constant learning of practical and appropriate skill-sets. This is a process of life long learning that Leadership 21 of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups believes can begin today.
This year, Leadership 21 will provide young people with these leadership skill sets through the “Leadership Skill Learning Programme”. By focusing on both theory and practice, we invite experts from various fields to be the Guest Instructors. It is through the sharing of experiences and hands-on application that young leaders grow. I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to all the Guest Instructors. By taking time from their hectic schedules, they share their vast knowledge and experience, demonstrating their commitment to Hong Kong’s future’s leaders. For this we are all very grateful. To the young participants, I encourage you to use this opportunity to build a solid foundation of leadership competencies as you visualise your potential for the future.
